Based on information currently available, owners predict that the following schedule will be useful to the Hospitality Business Manager to achieve desired outcomes:
Schedule / Hours:
In March, April, October & November, probably about 20 hours per week. (320 hours)
During these slow months, check messages 3 times each day & follow up as needed. Sometimes no calls come in for 3 days, other times 5 calls in a day. Perform necessary “slow-season” admin duties. During this time, if you want to be in Mexico for 6 weeks, you are welcome to work remotely, heck, take 2 weeks and only do phone / message answering and don’t worry about other stuff. It is possible though that there could be a busy day here and there, and you will step up and get it done! 🙂
In June, July & August, probably 65 hours per week. (780)
During these busy months, it is hard-core work! You are expected to be cheerful, energetic, exhausted, excited and keep your 100% attention to detail. You will be answering incoming calls, writing proposals, handling regular admin duties and jumping in. This is not an “employee-mindset” type of thing, where you clock out physically and mentally. You are expected to joyfully dedicate your life to JHSE during our busy times! We want you to take a day off each week to keep your mind energized, however everything is flexible. Remember your nice relaxed times of the year when you were practically living like you were retired? “Busting it” during these busy times in the summer is what allows that. 🙂
In January, February, May, September and December probably 30 hours per week (600)
During these months, it is often fairly slow. Answer the sporadic calls that come in, handle admin duties, etc.
Oh yeah, everything above will change minute by minute. We will laugh, cuss, grin and charge forward with joy, excellence and excitement to achieve our desired outcomes! We do not want to buy your time, we want to buy the excellence you produce!
The value we propose to provide you:
- Earned autonomy as you responsibly achieve the desired outcome.
