In April of 2018, Owners Shepard Humphries and Lynn Sherwood hired Dawn Matthews to take over the majority of Lynn Sherwood’s duties. On June 29, 2018, Sr. Lead Coach Tony Molina was promoted to Range Operations Manager.
Lynn will remain on the 2018 Shooting Experience Leadership Team as the C.F.O., co-owner and board member, also covering guest care opportunities one day each week. Shepard will remain on the team as co-owner, board member, Sr. Lead Coach, VP of Marketing, Technology Guru and leader of the firms newly formed sister-enterprise, Nomad Rifleman. Scott Austin remains an integral part of Jackson Hole Shooting Experience leadership, and is also the co-founder of Nomad Rifleman, the world’s most exclusive long range shooting school.
2018 Shooting Experience Leadership Team Left to Right:
- Tony Molina – Range Operations Manager
- Dawn Matthews – Executive Manager
- Lynn Sherwood – Co-founder, CFO, Board Member
- Shepard Humphries – Founder, President, Board Member
Dawn’s experience in the corporate world has allowed both Lynn and Shepard to reduce their workloads significantly, with both reporting that some weeks they work less than 80 hours each, which they describe as a “dreamy treat.” Tony’s attention to detail and organizational skills will help coaches have better tools and systems that will in turn help them continue to provide excellence to the world’s most fun clients.
“Our company is growing, expanding and continuing our dedication to excellence. Our Executive Leadership Team will work closely with Dawn and Tony to make the future even brighter and the new blood and position improvements are exciting,” said ELT Team member Scott Austin.
