Outcome:
NOT to win the contest. Really. We will identify the best teams within the room and will perform actions to support their efforts and to help all attendees reach and maintain a higher state.
Purpose:
We are excited to develop our macro-skills of observing groups from the outside, evaluating them and identifying the best! Our payment & wealth from this project will be realized when the horses we bet on win the race. Those teams are unlikely to ever recognize how integral our input was. Many of our efforts will include propaganda, and as such our greatest joy will be if attendees and judges turn their attention to other outstanding teams!
Massive Action Plan:
We use video production, photography and other social media promotions.
We observe weaknesses in other teams at all levels and offer suggestions for improvement to those groups.
Each of our team members is encouraged to perform actions autonomously that meet our Outcome & Purpose spontaneously.
For example, today, after several of our members purchased tickets from the awesome bike-raffle team, we overheard that another attendee bought $40 worth of tickets. One of our members yelled loudly on the crowded patio, “Wow! How generous, what is your team name?” Our member then repeated both team names in a loud voice, thereby promoting two teams in one fowl swoop!
Like the “anonymous” person that helps someone they care about without seeking fame, we get our nitro-fueled kicks from making other succeed. What can we do to help YOUR team? Are you frustrated on YOUR team? We welcome those with positive energy to come join us. #teamnitro
Team Action Plan for 1-22-17:
NEEDED: 2 volunteers to arrive earlier than most of us to get to the front of the line to grab us 8 seats?
James will bring the posters
We will each identify and share observations of great teams with our team.
We will identify attendees seeking a new team and will welcome them to our team of find other teams for them.
We will videotape at least 14 teams and post their videos on fb.
