A native of North Dakota and Minnesota, Lynne moved to Jackson in 1989. She instantly fell in love with the “magic” of the area and spends time hiking, climbing, road biking, skiing and exploring all the beautiful valley lands.
After marrying a Deputy Sheriff in 2005, she became interested in self-protection. Handling guns was uncomfortable in the beginning, but taking gun safety/personal protection classes with Jackson Hole Shooting Experience and High Caliber Women opened up a fun, new interest for her. She enjoys shooting a variety of guns, and has experience with pistols, shotguns and rifles, but the most rewarding aspect of personal protection and gun safety is teaching and empowering others, (women) to become confident and capable in keeping themselves safe.
