Our contracted coaches enjoy sharing their wisdom with you, just as attorneys, physicians and CPA’s enjoy helping their clients by providing consultation.
95% of our clients do not follow up with questions after their paid sessions, and of the 5% who do, it is typically a single time with a single question. “I loved that rifle with the tan stock that we hit the 600 yard target with, what was the name of it?” You paid a premium price for your time with us, and you likely tipped your coach 20% or more, so we are happy to answer questions like the above at no charge.
Some of our clients seek further consultation, and we stand at the ready and are excited to help! We are fairly casual about our fees, we do not charge 6-minute increments for each question asked as is standard practice in many consultation fields. Having said that, we hesitate to contact our coaches on their time off and ask them to provide consultation services without pay. For example, we would not ask our coaches to read an article that you recommend without compensation.
Our best coaches have dozens of “favorite” clients who use them regularly, and this causes these coaches workloads to be high. You and our company both want to make sure your coach consultant and our guest care gurus are well-compensated … and we do NOT want to Nickle and Dime.
We acknowledge that numerous expressions of gratitude likely occur within our company that we are unaware of, and we don’t need to be informed of them.
Is it fair that we ask you to be mindful of these considerations?
