Generally, we are happy to spend an occasional 3 minutes on an email for free. For more concentrated consultation, we do charge a fee, though likely less than you are used to paying for other commensurate professional service fees like attorneys and CPA’s. We do not track by the minute, we estimate our time spent, generally rounding down.
