As of 2024, we have returned to full-day, in-person C.F.P. classes. Wyoming State Statute 6-8-104 has a number of ways that a person can meet requirements to be issued a permit.
We provide training that is covered by (D) above. Wyoming statutes have much lower requirements than we are willing to “put our name on.” Technically, a course could be offered online (which we provided during the Panic of 2020, or it could even be a 2-minute “class.” We proudly provide world class training that is complete, well-presented and that is responsible.
Did you know that in Wyoming, “Any person who is a resident of Wyoming and who meets the requirements of W.S. 6-8-104(a) and (b) may carry a concealed weapon without obtaining a permit under this section.” Learn more HERE about Wyoming Statute § 6-8-104(a)(iv).
If you already know everything about firearms safety & handling and are an excellent shooter, you might save some money by contacting a shooting competition director and see if they will allow you to attend a match, and then sign a letter for you saying that you have, “Experience with a firearm through participation in an organized handgun shooting competition.” Our firm’s goal is not to make money because of government laws, so please know that we are NOT your only option! We DO want you to train with us, not because you have to, but because you want to based on our reputation.
We have two options:
- Our private 2-hour pistol training session. Learn More.
- Our 1-day community class (See below & remember to bring a sack lunch)
What is included in our Concealed Carry training?
Depending on attendance numbers and participant dynamics, our classes are something like this:
