Disclaimer: I recently read a book written by Mike Moyer, a Jackson Hole Wyoming EMS/fire professional. I know Mike from the old days when I was a cop and we would see each-other at emergency scenes, and we now turn out to be neighbors far from Jackson Hole. OK, that is the disclaimer.
