History of customer service training
Back in 2016, Shepard and Lynn were staying at a nice resort in Acapulco Mexico and became friends with the awesome staff. A couple days later, they were in the basement staff training room teaching several sessions of English to the resort staff. This was the beginning of their customer service training, “side hustle.”
Now, in 2023, Lynn’s primary focus is as an author and CFO, CEO of the Jackson Hole Shooting Experience. Shepard is working to grow our primary business as well as several other businesses. Much of our work can be done remotely because our incredible staff is able to duck, weave, improvise and overcome when our systems are imperfect.
*Warning. “You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink.” We provide the water, and we make it as appealing as possible, however some people just don’t have the passion to serve others or to be excellent. They should probably work at a different company that yours or mine, right?
