Our firm is quite unique and as we have grown over the years, we have often been poorly copied by other firms throughout the world. Meanwhile, many of our guests and friends (that have not enjoyed our activity) do not REALLY understand what we do. We wanted to better communicate what our offerings are about, and we knew we needed professional photography and videography in Jackson, Wyoming to help tell our story.
Photography in Jackson Hole
We turned to a former photographer we had used who had returned great results, Jeffrey Kaphan. His photo of three models posing with firearms later “went viral.”
Jeffrey was familiar working around the tools of the trade and more importantly was able to capture the emotion we wanted to convey.
He is not afraid to be assertive in correcting model’s performance. We definitely recommend his work and look forward to working with him again in the future!
Film Production in Wyoming
We turned to the Wyoming film production firm Pushroot Films based in Lander, Wy. Founder and creative director Nathan Schucker is a “Top 3” videographer in Wyoming and is renown for being able to understand his clients needs and to “tell their story.” We loved his previous work, and we were wise to trust him as this was one of his results:

Nathan made an exception for us, and rather than having a whole crew, he handled all aspects of the shoot ALONE to meet our budget needs. We decided on a “documentary style” of commercial to best tell our story, and from filming action shots to conducting interviews of our clients, he was professional, calm and was so at ease with his craft that it seemed to be magic. We will soon post his finished products below.
His ability to be the sound guy, the lighting guy, the audio guy, the director, the producer and the interviewer all at the same time was very impressive!
It was wonderful to see the professional camaraderie when Brainfarm founder Curt Morgan, a member at the club at which we were filming, happened to visit that day. Curt and Nathan chatted “shop” with Curt offering his firms assistance if needed.
We look forward to working with Nathan again soon as he creates our mini-documentary on our Journey to One Mile rifle shooting activity in Wyoming.
Our Spring 2017 experience working with these professionals was wonderful, and we look forward to working with both of the professional artists for many years to come! A big thanks to our actors as well! Thanks for reading: Photography and Videography in Jackson, Wyoming!
